Panty is one layer wool interlock, skirt is also wool interlock.
This is a semi custom piece so you can specify the rise and waist.
Small 15 1/2 waist, leg opening 8 "
Medium 18" waist 10" leg
Large 20"waist 12 " leg
All measurements are un stretched and represent the smallest the cover will fit.
